Together we focus on creating realistic goals so you can efficiently plan them into your day and create a system that allows for the flexibility you need to be successful, so you can track your progress, see your results, celebrate your success and sustain these habits long term!

When I first started my health journey I thought I could handle the changes, challenges, and successes on my own.

It didn't take me long to realize the value of having someone coach me on my journey. It was more than someone showing what to do; it was having empathy of some one who had been there before.

I am a health coach, educator, baker, and mother.

I have the honor of working with busy people who are looking to prioritize their health. I teach them to find balance between their time and their energy so they can finally make the changes they've been wanting to for so long without feeling like they have to sacrifice it all to live a healthier and sustainable lifestyle. 

I am all too familiar with prioritizing everyone else's needs before my own. I want to be the BEST at all the things: mom, coach, entrepreneur, friend, wife, daughter, sister, baker, hockey enthusiast, whatever. I thought that putting everyone else's needs before my own was doing just that but in reality I was just giving them a rundown, overweight, stressed, and overwhelmed version of what I could be.

I allowed myself to believe that my TV shows, eating my feelings, and scrolling through social media was easier than putting in any real effort.

I know you know this feeling. 
After a series of tragic life events I knew I had to make my health a priority. I owed it to myself and to the younger versions of myself who still believed that I could do anything, be anything and live authentically as possible. Through my hard work and consistency I not only made those changes but I able to sustain them even while raising a family, being a coach, and running a business. I now dedicate my time fully to helping others prioritize their health.

I know you are on your journey as well and through my support, guidance, love, education, and partnership you can create a healthier lifestyle that you can maintain long term and enjoy!
