I get by with a little help from my friends

Finding the right method to support your health goals can be challenging enough. Trying to find the right person and community that empowers you to makes the changes that you've wanting to make for so long, on your terms can be just as stressful, especially if you are unsure where to start.

I understand the important role that coaches and communities play in one's journey to self improvement and I have felt their impact first hand. For that reason I empower busy people to prioritize their health by teaching them to improve their foundational health so they can make the healthy, sustainable changes they've always wanted to without sacrificing al their other important commitments!

In this 30-day interactive program you will learn to establish habits to not only manage how you respond to stress but recognize when stress is coming and manage it before it gets a hold of you so you can live a calmer life.

Energy Work

REIKI

Reiki is simple, natural, and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement. It is an energetic reset that works on the whole person including mind, body, emotions, and spirit.

In a reiki session you feel a warm radiance flow through you that provides relaxation, feelings of peace, security, and wellbeing. 

If you have been feeling as though your energy, stress, or emotions have been off kilter, reiki can provide the shifts needed to reset your energy so you feel more balanced.

You can choose between a 30- or 60-minute session.

30-minute session focuses on the head, throat, heart, abdomen, and stomach (digestive area). 
Cost: $60

60-minute session is a full body energetic reset. All areas of the 30-minutes session are included, plus your arms, legs, and back.
