Let's be real for second...

  • You've been tossing and turning at night. Your brain just won't shut off - maybe it's that to-do list you didn't finish, the cookies you need to bake (let's be honest, buy) for the fundraiser, or that email you didn't send yet. Whatever it is, you can't seem to shut off the thoughts.
  • You're normalizing your panic/anxiety attacks.
  • Fatigue sets in quickly. The kids are in bed, you want to finish up that to-do list, pick out your outfit for the next day, pack your lunch, but you crash on the couch unable to do any of it.
